true workers. Alas!

Alas! Are you willing to be deceived by the

cruel and ambitious Communists?

(i) Again the Communists by the use of money induced

fanatical young men to join their Party. These young men

covet the roubles of Russia, and do not mind letting our sovereignty be prejudiced and insulted, bowing and kneeling

before the Russians. They have set the workmen and peasants

fighting one another, while they sit on the fence and are

amused at it. Indeed they deserve more than death for their

crimes.

The Communists have been very cleaver in planning

the destruction of our Kuomintang, and have also been very

wicked. It has been their policy to stir up dissension and dispute among the members of our Kuomintang and then either

win them over or attack them. They have spread rumours to excite our Kuomintang members and the masses to doubt the principles of our Party. They have usurped our Central Kuomintang and monopolized activity among our junior members. The policy has been proved by facts, and all I have mention- ed above is the result of their intrigues. We must beware!

(4) The Chinese Kuomintang and the Peasants.

As

Speaking frankly, only our Kuomintang can really promote the privileges of our peasants. Mr. Sun Chung Shan, the President of our Kuomintang, worked hard for you more than 40 years. The object of our Kuomintang is to secure the emancipation and welfare of the whole of our race. we know, the peasants form 80 per cent of the whole of our race and therefore we can say that while we are promoting

the welfare and emancipation of the whole of our race, we

are promoting the welfare and emancipation of you peasants.

You just consider how great are the peasant and workmen

policies
